This program is faciliated in Partnership with Hannah Miller with Evolution Psychology and St. Albert Family Resource Centre.

The Fourth Trimester is a warm, supportive group for new parents adjusting to the emotional and mental changes of early parenthood. Participants explore self-compassion, personal well-being, social media, changing relationships, and healthy boundaries. Welcoming a baby brings a significant learning curve, along with rewarding, overwhelming, and confusing experiences. Through shared conversations, parents connect with others in a similar season, normalize common challenges, and build community. The group offers a safe space to discuss the messy, beautiful, and exhausting realities of caring for a baby while adapting to a new identity and family dynamic.
