Supporting your child through anxiety. Anxiety is a common concern for many children, and parents play an important role in helping their child navigate big feelings. This program will provide parents and caregivers with practical strategies and tools to recognize signs of anxiety, understand what their child may be experiencing, and learn ways to have supportive conversations. Through guided discussions, participants will explore strategies to build confidence, recognize their child’s strengths, and provide meaningful support at home.
* Please note: An unparented program for ages 3–6 years is offered at the same time, allowing children to enjoy their own age-appropriate experience while caregivers attend this program. *
